Refund policy

Did to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges on any cleaning, scent, home fragrance, laundry products, cleaning accessories or cosmetics to ensure hygiene levels and staff and customer safety is in everyone’s best interests . 

Clothing items are exchange only , postage costs are non refundable , please exchange in our unit in person or via post. All postage costs must be paid by the customer and wont be refunded . Please contact us on via email prior to starting your exchange on -

Items returned must be in a re sell-able condition with all tags attached in an unworn condition. If these conditions are not met the exchange process will be cancelled and contact made to the sender to send back the item, postage costs will be the customers responsibility for us to return products not fit for resale
